AlliA provides you with a modern manufacturing workshop, equipped with high-performance technical resources and specialized teams: metallurgists, qualified welders, boilermakers-pipefitters, fitters, instrument technicians, painters, to transform your plans and studies into concrete industrial equipment. Our production facilities & technical capabilities
- 5-axis plasma cutting bench for sheet metal, tubes and dished ends, high-precision cutting of steel, stainless steel and thick materials
- Cold rolling machines for heavy thicknesses, sheet/plate forming and shaping machines
- Automatic welding station (submerged arc), plasma, TIG, orbital welding to ensure high-quality assemblies to the most demanding standards.
- Lifting and handling capacity up to 150 tonnes for handling and assembling large, heavy components
- Specialized areas: pickling/passivation, sandblasting, painting, surface treatment to ensure the durability, corrosion protection and finish of equipment.
- Skid” workshop and modular unit assembly platform: assembly, integration of piping, instrumentation, valves, electrical connections, etc.
- Quality control and non-destructive testing equipment (PMI, test, X-ray, ultrasound, dye penetrant), osmosis water for hydraulic proof tests, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) tests and acceptance prior to delivery.
