We provide robust, controlled solutions for demanding environments, integrating specific H₂, CO₂ and high-pressure issues, with high standards of safety, traceability and industrial performance.
AlliA designs and manufactures pressure equipment, shell-and-tube exchangers and skidded assemblies for upstream, midstream and downstream units in the Oil & Gas sector, as well as for new hydrogen value chains (production, purification, compression, storage and distribution).
Our equipment
They are developed to meet severe environments: high pressures, high temperatures, H₂S / CO₂-laden media (sour service), HIC / SSC constraints, thermal fatigue, frequent start-ups and high plant availability requirements.
Our codes and standards
We integrate applicable (ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2, EN 13445, CODAP, API when required), as well as customer-specific requirements (O&G majors, H₂ operators).
Engineering support
From the pre-FEED / FEED phases onwards, AlliA is involved in :
- critical review of process data,
- validation of corrosion hypotheses and allowances,
- technical and economic optimization of designs,
- material risk assessment (H₂, CO₂, sour service),
Our project organization ensures complete traceability, a dedicated quality plan, exhaustive manufacturer documentation and international regulatory compliance.
In the hydrogen field, we pay particular attention to internal cleanliness requirements and welding process control to guarantee long-term mechanical integrity.
