Design office
AlliA’s design office brings together engineers and technicians specialized in processes, heat engineering, calculations, automation and business management. From finalizing specifications to commissioning, the team oversees every technical stage. The aim of each study is to optimize performance, reduce risks and guarantee the long-term reliability of the installations. Thanks to this comprehensive and rigorous approach, AlliA designs customized solutions that comply with standards, are safe and immediately ready for use by its industrial customers.
Installation - Site
AlliA mobilizes teams dedicated to on-site assembly, comprising site supervisors, qualified welders, boilermakers, fitters and instrument technicians. Work covers mechanical assembly, instrumentation installation, electrical connections and SAT protocols. A reinforced HSE management system oversees each operation. Teams also ensure commissioning, process optimization and operator training to guarantee performance, safety and regulatory compliance.
Projects - Process solutions
AlliA’s project teams work on complex installations in coordination with all our business units. They carry out risk studies, functional analyses, test protocols and manufacturer documentation. Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and ramp-up phases are fully managed, right through to operator training. Quality
AlliA quality controllers ensure compliance with technical, normative and regulatory requirements specific to each industrial sector. Their job is to check that equipment complies with customer specifications, applicable standards and the specifications of the sector concerned (chemical, energy, nuclear, pharmaceutical, etc.).
