High-performance industrial equipment
AlliA designs and manufactures pressure equipment, tubular exchangers and skid-mounted assemblies for plant and mineral chemistry units, as well as air, petrochemical and fertilizer processes.
Our designs incorporate specific process constraints: corrosive media (mineral acids, chlorides, ammonia, H₂S, CO₂), oxidizing atmospheres, severe thermal cycles, thermal fatigue and mechanical strength requirements in continuous service.
We are involved from the technical definition phase (review of process data, corrosion hypotheses, material selection, thermal and mechanical sizing) through to complete manufacture in compliance with ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2, EN 13445 or CODAP codes.
AlliA integrates into engineering project organizations with a structured approach: project quality plan, ITP, complete material traceability, manufacturer documentation and international regulatory compliance.

As well as qualified welding processes to guarantee the mechanical performance, corrosion resistance and durability of installations in demanding environments.
Our achievements
Using a proven methodology, AlliA carries out all manufacturing stages (forming, assembly, welding) with a high degree of automation. All technical controls, inspections and regulatory monitoring are integrated into our manufacturing cycle and managed by our quality department.
