Modernization of a pharmaceutical reactor
As part of a highly constrained industrial project, the replacement of a pharmaceutical reactor called for a global approach integrating on-site dimension surveys, detailed 3D modeling and adaptation of existing piping. Carried out in a SEVESO classified environment, this operation required rigorous management of safety requirements and regulatory compliance. All interventions were planned to ensure continuity of production, while improving the reliability, performance and maintainability of the equipment installed.
